    If you have a yourEncour.com account, you can sign in to check your Order Status. If you do not have an account, you may call us toll-free at 844-4ENCOUR.

    With your order number in hand, you can reach us live to provide an update.

    • Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. Eastern

    • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern

    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier using this information.

    • Do you offer express delivery?

      Yes, we do!

      o

      You will see your express delivery options displayed when you after you add products to your cart. You can choose between overnight/next day delivery,  2-4 day delivery or standard delivery.

      o

      We offer this service to addresses in the United States of America. Orders outside the USA may not have all shipping options available due to customs and logistics.

      o

      You must provide a physical address for express delivery services.

      o

      • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays

      o

      • You can use the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal and gift vouchers

      o

      • Check the status of your expedited delivery by logging into your customer account

      o

      • If you place an order early in the day (before noon), your order may be processed for shipment that same day.

      o

      • The estimated delivery is displayed in the checkout when placing your order. For some regions of the country, delivery may take longer than normal due to high volumes associated with the current COVID-19 situation. Please be patient as our carriers are doing their best.

      • If you would like to return an order made by express delivery, just follow the instructions in our returns section

      • If you return your items, the shipping costs will not be refunded

    • How much does delivery and returns cost?

      Delivery charges vary depending upon the item you choose and the level of delivery service you select.

      You can see what charges will be incurred by adding an item to your cart.

      We strive to get your package delivered just as soon as possible, but please understand that the current crisis is impacting all our carriers. We will work to send your package to you so you get it as fast as possible.

      Regarding returns, please contact us via our website or our toll-free number to speak to someone about a return.

    • When will my card be charged?

      Your card will  be charged when your order is placed on our website.

      If you send goods back, the amount will be credited back to your card account once the goods are received and inspected. Please allow a few weeks for us to credit your account.

      If you have correctly entered all your information and are unable to complete the checkout process, we may need further information for our security check. Please call us toll-free at 844-4ENCOUR, six days a week to verify your information so we can process your order.

    • How do I place an order?

      Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

      o

      Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.

      o

      You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.

      o

      Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.

      You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.
